1 - Tee Time Booking Cancellation & Refund Policy

1.1 Cancellation of Tee Time Bookings

Tee time bookings may be cancelled through the Club's Tee Time Booking App.
Cancellations made at least 02 (two) days prior to the tee off date excluding tee off date shall be eligible for a full refund or credit adjustment.
Cancellations made less than 02 (two) days prior to the tee off date shall not be eligible for any refund.

1.2 No-Show Charges

Failure to arrive and check in for the booked tee time ("No-Show") shall result in forfeiture of the full booking amount.

1.3 Refund Processing

Approved refunds shall be processed to the original mode of payment used for the booking.
Refunds may take 7 to 10 working days to reflect and some banks may take upto 21 working days subject to banking and payment gateway processing timelines.

1.4 Club-Initiated Cancellation

In the event that a tee time booking is cancelled by the Club due to course closure, maintenance, weather conditions, tournaments or operational requirements, the member shall be entitled to either:
A full refund of booking amount; or
A credit adjustment towards a future booking.

As per the discretion of the member.

General Terms

All refund requests are subject to verification and approval by the Club Management.
The Club reserves the right to amend, modify or withdraw this policy at any time without prior notice.
The decision of the Club Management shall be final and binding in all matters relating to cancellations, refunds and credit adjustments.

2 - Membership Fees, Security Deposit, and Card Cancellation & Refund Policy

2.1 Membership Fees

Membership fees paid towards application, joining fee or transfer fee are non-refundable and non-transferable, unless otherwise approved by the Management in exceptional circumstances.

2.2 Security Deposit

Refundable security deposits, wherever applicable under the membership category, shall be refunded in accordance with the membership terms and conditions.
Any outstanding dues, charges, penalties or liabilities shall be adjusted before settlement of the refundable amount.

2.3 Membership Card Refund

Upon expiry, termination, surrender or transfer of membership, refund eligibility shall be governed by the respective membership category terms and club rules.
The club reserves the right to withhold refunds until all dues and obligations are cleared.

2.4 Membership Card Charges

Membership card issuance charges, replacement fees and reprint charges shall not be refundable.

3 - Guest Prepaid Card Refund Policy

3.1 Card Validity

Guest Prepaid Cards shall remain valid only for the period specified by the Club at the time of issuance.
Any unused balance remaining after the validity period may be refunded in accordance with the Club's refund policy.

3.2 Refund of Unused Balance

The amount loaded onto a Guest Prepaid Card shall be refundable upon surrender, return or expiry of the card, subject to verification by the Club.
Refund requests must be submitted within the period prescribed by the Club.
Approved refunds shall be processed after deducting any outstanding dues, charges or applicable fees.

3.3 Loss, Theft or Misuse

The Club shall not be responsible for any loss, theft, misuse or unauthorized use of a Guest Prepaid Card.
Lost or damaged cards may be replaced at the sole discretion of the Club and may be subject to applicable replacement charges.
Any refund request relating to a lost, stolen or damaged shall be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and shall require prior written approval from the Club Management.
The Club reserves the right to verify the card balance and transaction history before processing any refund.
Approved refunds, if any, shall be subject to deduction of applicable charges and verification of the available balance.

General Terms

All refunds are subject to verification and approval by the Club Management.
The Club reserves the right to reject any refund request where fraud, misuse or violation of Club rules is suspected.
The decision of the Club Management regarding the eligibility, amount and processing of any refund shall be final and binding.
